Carly Salsbury is the brains of our operation.  She is the individual that administers all of our in-house logistics as well as the designer and creator of the awesome magazine you receive each month, The Adventurer.  Carly was called to XMA May of 2005. She is originally from Rayville, LA but now resides in Start, LA.

Fireflight, Emmanuel Jal, Disciple, Family Force 5, Red, Lecrae, the list goes on and on

What is your favorite piece of equipment used in your ministry?

The piece of equipment I rely on most in my day to day work is my Wacom tablet.

What is your favorite scripture verse?

Jeremiah 29:11

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.”

Why is this verse your favorite?

It’s a reminder that God is in control and he will take care of everything much better than I can.

What specific areas do you serve?

I help with logistics for our teams so I guess you could say all of the areas where XMA is active.

What skill set has God equipped you with for use in the field?

Office and administrative work to coordinate trips.  Design and marketing work to help spread the word about what God is doing through XMA
