We have been praying for the members of this mission group as well as the villages where we will visit. The name of the villages we will visit are La Esperanza and Buenos Aires. We have been to La Esperanza, but not to Buenos Aires. Our foot in the door to this new village is their immense need for medical care. The name of our contact in the village is Abraham. Pray for God to open the doors even further for us to get to know the people there, for us to be able to serve them in different areas, and for God to touch their hearts with His presence. We will update you when we all get back!

We just received an update from the Honduras team. Everyone is doing well. It is raining and they are waiting for their mules to arrive. Please continue to pray for this group!

Well, the mules never arrived! We had permission for entry into the village and also the promise of mules, but when we arrive at the drop-off point at the village of La Esperanza, there was a note waiting for us that the village had changed their mind. The local people told us that that village is a predominant Catholic village and they have fear of evangelism and so that is the reason they had changed their minds. We didn“t get discouraged though because we knew God had a plan specific for our group and each of their members. We will update you on our blog site and encourage some of the group members to write about their experience during thier week here. Thank you for praying for us!
