Terry Parks was called to XMA January of 2006. God has been growing Terry’s influence in a progressive pattern to disciple people in remote areas of Northern Nicaragua. Terry is originally from Houma, LA but now resides in Monroe, LA.

Prayers of family and friends! Through the years prayers have guided and protected my steps. They don’t add weight to my shoulders directed to my Savior!

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

Why is this verse your favorite?

The Lord is my guide and I fully rely on his directions for life journey.

What specific areas do you serve?

Remote mountain villages of northern Nicaragua since 2006.

What skill set has God equipped you with for use in the field?

Prior to my calling into full-time ministry I was a project manager for an architectural firm. The years of employment have given an attention to details. I have a desire to make each mission experience a time of ministry for the individual not one concerned over details.
