*XMA staff and volunteer team leaders are excluded.  An eligible pair is only 2 people, defined as:

Person 1. Someone who has previously traveled on an XMA trip at any time

Person 2. Someone who has never traveled on an XMA trip OR whose last trip with XMA was before 2020.

• Departure date must be between January 1, 2027, and before December 31, 2027.
• Limit one promotion per volunteer/calendar year for the first 50 eligible pairs or when the money runs out.
• It is preferred that both members of the pair travel on the same trip. Both parties must submit paperwork and trip deposits to claim this promotion.
• The $1000 credit will be applied to the base price of the trip after deposits have been made in full and airfare secured. 
• No passport? Tell your team leader when you submit your registration form.
