We have discerned that God is leading XMA to develop several areas of ministry and are looking for fulltime, part-time, and volunteer staff to help. These opportunities for service include:

FULL TIME

Our full time positions are paid, salaried jobs requiring full time effort and commitment. These positions require raising a prayer and financial support team. This may seem daunting to some, but it is the sound, Biblical way God has chosen to fund His work. We have personally been doing this for over 20 years now, with salaries from $32,000 to over $100,000 as needed on an individual basis. Training and support systems are available and required.

PART TIME

Part-time positions are unpaid and require varying levels of time but an earnest commitment. These typically include recruiting and leading 1 to 4 international or stateside volunteer trips per year, but we are also open to other scenarios as God prompts, leads, and provides. These are excellent opportunities for people with flexible work schedules or those in their latter 1/3 of life and looking for more purpose and meaning from life.

Staff Opportunities

International Mission Trip Leader

Recruiting, equipping, and leading 8-12 day volunteer mission trips to Honduras, Peru, Mexico, Africa, Central Asia, and other locations for evangelism, discipleship, and humanitarian work.

Stateside Mission Trip Leader

Recruiting, equipping, and leading 2-8 day volunteer mission trips to locations within the US to reach the unreached within our own shores.

Prayer-walking Trip Leader

Recruiting, equipping, and leading 8-12 day stateside and international prayer-walking and/or pilgrimage trips.

ReVitalEyes International Mission Trip Leader

Leading ReVitalEyes teams to provide glasses to folks who desperately need them but have no access to them. This system does not require a “real eye doctor” as we are simply providing over-the-counter glasses while sharing the Good News as part of the process.

Bible Storying Trip Leader

This is a unique opportunity to work with national Christians using oral Bible storying to take the Gospel to small, unreached people groups in West Africa. This will include recruiting and leading at least one 8-10 day trip annually, plus building a committed stateside prayer team and keeping them informed.
