Why Go?

Jesus tells us to go make disciples, and that's exactly what we set out to do! Through going and telling others of the Great Commission, we are being obedient to the Lord and growing His kingdom. With God's provision and guidance, we aim to bring peace, joy, and restoration to everybody we meet!

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Going as an Individual

Going as a Group

Do you have a group of 3-20 people who are interested in going on mission? XMA crafts trips around the ability levels, time frames, and skill sets of the people in your group. XMA trip leaders build experiences around the capabilities of your team. We customize mission trips to match needs with people. Let us take your group on mission!

Team leaders take care of the logistics so that the teams can focus on ministry.

One trip can encompass many different types of activities. You don’t need a theological degree or special training. An XMA Team leader's job is to enable volunteers to use their talents and abilities to serve.

Is my donation tax-deductable?

I want to join an XMA trip. Where do I start?

What do the expenses cover?

Your XMA trip cost is all-inclusive. It includes airfare, lodging, food, ground transportation, interpreters, offerings to partner ministries, and more. It also includes many things that most others haven’t thought about or don’t mention such as travel medical & emergency evacuation insurance and satellite or other emergency communication equipment. Plus all of our staff team leaders are Wilderness First Aid & CPR certified and have international travel safety & security training.

Where will I be staying?

Depending on the team and area you will be serving, your facilities may be our own mission house, a hotel room or an apartment provided by a local partner. All of these facilities will have showers, toilets and running water. Some teams travel farther out to villages and camp overnight using hammocks and camping pads. On those trips there isn’t always running water and flushing toilets available.
