The Gift of God’s Word – Jennifer Hernandez

Several months ago the Lord laid on my heart to begin a discipleship class with some of the ladies in Pane. Over the last several months we have focused on “Growing in Christ”. The time we have spent together has truly been such a huge blessing.

One of the best ways to grow in Christ is to spend time reading and meditating on His Word. However, several of the ladies can’t read. We spoke of different ways they could spend time in the Word even if they couldn’t read such as memorization, attending Church faithfully, and having a family member read to them. Even after sharing this, I still felt sadness in my spirit.

However, the Lord is faithful and through XMA, He provided AudiBibles for these women. Praise God, these ladies can now hear the Word anytime they want!
