Experience the Real Nepal! – Kate Maverick*

Join us this fall as we embark on a trekking adventure in Nepal! October 6-19 we will be hiking the Indigenous People Trail, a classic, short, and easy trek to get “off the beaten track” and experience the real Nepal. This trail offers a unique opportunity to witness and be part of the centuries-old traditions of these culturally rich indigenous groups.

Homestay is a very special part of this adventure. Throughout the trip we will be staying in the homes of different host families, who will prepare our food and treat us just like family.  We will enjoy dancing and music with men and women dressed in traditional attire. This immersion will allow us to interact with people on a much more intimate level as we pray for opportunities to share the Good News with those we come in contact with along the way.
