Joy in Hardship – Rebeca Hernandez

Romans 5:1 says to rejoice in suffering, this sounds pretty easy until we’re actually living it. Where I work I see so many children who suffer unimaginable things on a daily basis, so how is it that they are so joyful? How do they smile and love the way they do? And that’s when the Lord reminds me that our joy doesn’t come from this world and its troubles, our true joy comes from the Lord. And every single one of us is called to transmit His joy through our lives!
